Until then: pay the clinic invoice, or ask us which provider we are using. Do not apply through a random online form that is not named on your paperwork.
A hearing-aid invoice is not automatically a business expense. Access to Work (GOV.UK) is the usual scheme for self-employed people who need workplace equipment; DWP decides. Employer-paid kit so you can do the job can be exempt from benefit in kind if HMRC’s disability-equipment rules are met.
