No obligation. You leave with an audiogram explained the same visit. Prefer a three-minute headphone screen first? Online test.
Work, family, tinnitus, dizziness, previous tests, hearing aids or NHS referrals.
Otoscopy first. If wax is blocking the view, we can often clear it by microsuction in the same visit.
Pure-tone audiometry and, where useful, speech testing. Results the same day as an audiogram you can keep.
NHS route, private aids, watch-and-wait, or medical referral if something else is going on.
Bring someone with you if you can. A partner or colleague lets us hear how you follow a familiar voice — closer to real life than beeps in a booth.
Bring medicines, old reports, and NHS aids if you wear them. Olive oil for 2–3 nights if you think wax is involved. No cotton buds.
Open 8am–8pm, seven days.
